Perth metro delivery — free, on every order

  • Free delivery on all products within the Perth metropolitan area, with no order minimum.
  • White-glove setup included on sofa sets, dining tables, fireplace TV units and other large pieces — our team unwraps each item, places it in your chosen room and inspects it with you on arrival.
  • Pick up from our Kenwick showroom is also available by appointment, free of charge.

Regional WA and interstate delivery

For orders outside Perth metro, a member of our team will contact you within one business day of your order to confirm delivery options and provide a freight quote. You will be notified of any cost before dispatch.

Lead times

  • Stock pieces are typically delivered within 5–14 business days of order confirmation.
  • Custom-built pieces (made-to-order sofa sets, fireplace TV units, marble tables) take 8–12 weeks from final sign-off. The exact lead time is confirmed in your order confirmation.

What to expect on the day

Our delivery team will call ahead with a one-hour delivery window. Please ensure clear access through doors, stairwells and lifts before delivery; charges may apply for re-deliveries caused by access issues.

Damage in transit

If any item arrives damaged, please flag it with our delivery team before they leave or contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] or +61 410 985 414. We arrange repair, replacement or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
