By placing an order through elegantlifestyle.au you agree to the following terms.

1. Pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are GST-inclusive where applicable. The price shown at checkout is the total payable for the items selected, before any delivery charge or freight quote (which is shown separately on the checkout page).

2. Orders

Submitting an order creates an offer to purchase. The offer becomes a binding contract once we confirm acceptance by email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order for any lawful reason (including pricing errors, unavailable stock or fraud prevention), in which case any payment received will be refunded in full.

3. Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery or Pay by Arrangement. After your order is placed a member of our team will contact you within one business day to confirm details and arrange a convenient payment method — cash on the day, EFTPOS or card on delivery, or bank transfer ahead of dispatch. We do not store card details on the website.

4. Delivery

Delivery terms, lead times and costs are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page and apply to every order. Complimentary delivery is included on every product within the Perth metropolitan area, with white-glove setup on sofa sets, dining tables, fireplace TV units and other large pieces. Regional WA and interstate orders are quoted after order.

5. Returns, refunds and the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Full details of how to make a claim are on our Returns & Refunds page. Custom-built and made-to-order pieces are produced to your specification and are not refundable for change of mind — your statutory rights for major or minor faults still apply.

6. Custom and made-to-order pieces

Lead times for custom-built items are typically 8–12 weeks from final sign-off. Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be cancelled. Final specifications (size, fabric, finish) are confirmed in writing before production begins.

7. Product information

We make every reasonable effort to display accurate colours, dimensions and finishes. Natural materials (timber, marble, leather, velvet) vary slightly from piece to piece and from the photographs on this website. Where a difference is material, we will flag it to you before dispatch.

8. Use of the website

The content of this website (images, descriptions, branding) is the property of Elegant Lifestyle Perth or used under licence. Personal browsing and purchasing are permitted; commercial copying, scraping or republication is not.

9. Privacy

We collect contact and delivery details only to fulfil your order and communicate with you about it. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Order data is retained for the period required by Australian tax and consumer-protection law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
